Q: Why do other dog registries have "Breeder's List? A: To promote breeding of dogs which is ultimately a monetary motivation. In other words registries make money on every puppy registered. Breeding is highly promoted. Ask any registry how many puppies have to be produced by a breeder to be considered a puppy mill? Q: Why do other registries not have quotas or limits on their litter registrations? A: Because registries and their clubs profit tremendously from the over breeding of females in their registry. Q: Why do other registries not allow responsible owners who spayed or neuter their dogs compete in conformation events? A: Conformation rings are in place to promote the permission or justification of breeding the winning stock. Spayed and neuterd dogs cannot breed and viewed as having no monetary value thus restricted to participate in the breed ring while punishing responsible owners. |
