Conduct
Show Rules: A.A.P.B.A. Show Rules and Guidelines are available at every A.A.P.B.A. Show function, the A.A.P.B.A.
and our official website at www.aapba.com. All Show Rules and Guidelines are in full effect and are enforced at every
A.A.P.B.A. Function and Event. Failure to comply with Show Rules or Show Code of Ethics will result in one of the
FOLLOWING ACTIONS that take effect immediately at time of incident.

An automatic disqualification from event with no refund.

Subject to pay fines

Asked to leave the immediate vicinity of the A.A.P.B.A. show function and show grounds.

Barred indefinitely from A.A.P.B.A. Shows and the A.A.P.B.A. Registry.

Take notice and please be advised!
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE PICKING UP WASTE FROM YOUR DOG. THE PENALTY FOR NOT FOLLOWING THIS
OR ANY OTHER A.A.P.B.A. SHOW RULE WILL RESULT IN BEING SHOW BARRED.

Mannerisms: Being a responsible representative of any dog breed reflects on you, your breeder, your kennel, your
registry and your club. Have respect for your fellow members. As a spectator, exhibitor, owner, potential owner,
competitor, judge, club member, show staff member or breeder you will refrain from using any foul or vulgar language
and criticism toward a fellow A.A.P.B.A., AAPBA 2 member or visitor to the A.A.P.B.A. show.

Judges Decision: All A.A.P.B.A. Judges decisions are final. If you have a question or complaint regarding an
A.A.P.B.A. Judges decision please write to the All American Premier Breeds Administration and send it to 2001
Delameter Rd. Castle Rock, Wa 98611. No complaints or disagreements will be accepted verbally.

Show and Personal Equipment
Registry Equipment: All show equipment is the property of the All American Premier Breeds Administration and must
be treated with care and respect. All A.A.P.B.A. show equipment has value and is costly to maintain.

Dog Crates/Kennels: All crates/kennels must be freight approved plastic kennels or manufactured thick wire gauge wire
kennels. All kennels must be placed in designated crate/kennel area at all shows. Homemade crates/kennels WILL
NOT BE ALLOWED.

Puppy Crates/Holding Pens: When bringing puppies to any A.A.P.B.A. function the crates /pens must be able to hold
puppies securely and safely. Puppies must be over 7 weeks old with proper inoculation records and parasite control
records available. Please see A.A.P.B.A. Inspection of Litters Form.
The puppy area must be kept clean at all times with plenty of clean water and food for puppies. All puppies must be
A.A.P.B.A. registered and upon request have proper A.A.P.B.A. documents. Proper sanitizing solution must be
available to ensure proper cleaning is administered after puppies have been moved. Someone must be available at all
times to monitor the care of the puppies.

Choke Chains: All dogs must have choke chains that fit properly and made of manufactured welded chain. Car or Truck
hauling chains and any homemade chains are NOT ALLOWED and are NOT acceptable! If your not sure how to apply
or if your applying the choke chain improperly please see any A.A.P.B.A. show staff member.

Care of Dogs
Health: It is your responsibility to make sure that your dog is in good health, updated on it's inoculations, free from any
communicable parasites and is uninjured. Be sure to have crate covers if the designated area is outside in any weather
condition. Please bring plenty of food and clean water for your dogs.

Vicious Dogs
Dogs that have violent tendencies toward humans are NOT ALLOWED at any A.A.P.B.A. function. No exceptions!
Un-trained and un-socialized dogs are your responsibility.

Dog Fighting
Dog fighting is not only inhumane but it is also illegal! Dog fighters are NOT WELCOME IN THE A.A.P.B.A. OR ANY
A.A.P.B.A. FUNCTION!

Responsibility
If your dog injures any person, dog or damages any property all fault and liability will be placed solely on the owner of
the dog. All owners will be held responsible for their dogs actions.

Security
Show staff, judges, show personnel, club members and owners are responsible for show security. If caught breaking
any rules or ethics you could be asked to leave with no refund and be subject to fines, barred from the All American
Premier Breeds Administration and A.A.P.B.A. shows.
